Werner R. Kranenburg is an attorney and counselor-at-law at Kranenburg and the editor of With Vigour and Zeal, a blog dedicated to providing a European’s point of view on securities class action litigation and related topics. I am licenced to practice law in the US State of New York; I am a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations.

I received my first degree, a bachelor’s degree in a Management, Economics and Law programme, in native the Netherlands in 2001 and obtained an honours degree, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons)) with a specialisation in Business Law, in England in 2007. In the summer of 2005, I was a summer associate with the Pennsylvania-based law firm now known as Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check LLP. Articles of mine have been published in the Financial Times, Legal Week and elsewhere. I am currently based in the City of London, England.
