(<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dexia.com\/e\/news\/press-release-desc.php?id=3477\">Dexia press release<\/a>) Their $60 million takes the total settlement amount to $180.52 million plus interest.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Plaintiffs&#8217; Lead Counsel: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/bermanesq.com\/\">Berman DeValerio Pease Tabacco Burt &#038; Pucillo<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/lawssb.com\/\">Shalov Stone Bonner &#038; Rocco LLP<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lernouthauspiesettlement.com\/\">L&#038;H Securities Litigation website<\/a> has been updated and now includes the Dexia <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lernouthauspiesettlement.com\/pdfs\/notice3.pdf\">notice<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lernouthauspiesettlement.com\/pdfs\/claim-form3.pdf\">claim form<\/a>. (Also see the memorandum and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/pacer.mad.uscourts.gov\/dc\/opinions\/saris\/pdf\/dexia%20final%20version.pdf\">order<\/a> denying Dexia&#8217;s motion to dismiss the third amended complaint.) The Court will hold a hearing on 22 June 2007 to decide whether to approve the settlement and the deadline for submission of the claim form is 21 August 2007 &#8211; for other dates, please see the notice.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Note however that only NASDAQ purchasers are included in the class to which this settlement applies.
